(This presentation will be recorded and sent out to all ticketholders a few days after the live session.)
Geomancy is sometimes called the terrestrial sister art of astrology, dealing with mapping the worldly events and influences of the Earth and Place just as their astrologer colleagues chart the astral virtues and effects of the Heavens and Time.
In this presentation, professional geomancer and contemporary cunning-man Dr Alexander Cummins offers a guide to the divination and magic of the sixteen figures of Renaissance geomancy, focusing on the occult virtues of spaces, the dirt sorceries of place, and the planetary magic of locations.
Along with further developing a grounding in traditional Renaissance geomantic divination and a deeper awareness of the significations and meanings of the sixteen geomantic figures, this class will offer enriched understandings of how geomancy maps and engages with the occult virtues of places, spaces, and locations, supported by practical training in how the sixteen geomantic figures can aid in works of spellcraft and spiritwork as well as divination.
