Salem Summer Symposium, Here I Come

Tomorrow I will be travelling to a certain Massachusetts witch city for the Salem Summer Symposium; an incredibly exciting week-long multi-venue festival of talks, workshops, and performances. Oh and a costume ball. And an occult pub crawl. Naturally.

I already know so many knowledgeable, passionate, talented and creative folks coming to this to speak and attend. It promises to be a real highlight of the year. And tickets for the whole Symposium are still available!

For my part, I'm delivering my class on cunning-folk in the early American colonies on Thursday 8th August.

Then on Friday I'm very pleased to announce Sam Block and I will be co-hosting our Double Trouble Geomancy Power Hour, for folks new to this system of divination and seasoned geomancers alike.

Speaking of geomancy, on Saturday I'm also finally presenting my Introduction to Geomantic Magic and outlining some of my approaches to spell-craft with the sixteen figures of geomancy.

And it's not all lectures. I'm also on the film panel to discuss the classic witchcraft film Häxan with Captain Goat and my Golgothan co-pilot Jesse Hathaway Diaz, the very handsome and talented Matthew Venus of Spiritus Arcanum, and the mighty patroness of the Symposium herself, Jacqui Allouise-Roberge of The Cauldron Black.

I very much hope to make some new friends as well as catch up with old over the next week. Hope to see you there!
